Wild yeast fermented and matured for 8 months in 100% new French oak barrels. The nose has bright aromatics, jasmine and white stone-fruit, with slightsmoky, charry oak tones. The palate is concentrated with white peach and nectarine finishing with oak spice and a preciseacidity. |
